He was predeceased by: his parents, William Koegel and Margaret Koegel. He is survived by: his wife Dee Koegel; his sons, Mark Koegel (Sherry), Patrick Nealley (Mary) and Timothy Nealley (Melissa); his sister Margaret Thomas (Fred); his grandchildren, Kevin Nealley (Brooke), Rebecca Toscano (Michael), Christopher Blount, Shawn Nealley, Amanda Koegel and Jessica Koegel; and his great grandchild Lillian Toscano.
