He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Duncan and Verlie Roberson Duncan; and his siblings, Claudette Henderson, Virginia Duncan, Viola Fields, Vinnie Curtis and Ellis Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Duncan; his children, Stephen Duncan, Sharon Duncan Bowman (Sam) and Kristy Duncan; his brother Ernest Ransom Duncan; his grandchildren, Eric Simmons, John "Mitchell" Simmons, Bridget Lewis (Jerry) and Chelsea Krause (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Hunter and Daniel Lewis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
