He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elwood Marks and Larraine Doris Derry Marks; and his daughter Jeany Marks. He is survived by: his wife Debra Marks; his children, Loraine Marks of Moore, OK, Josette Marks (Kevin Bryars) of Moore, OK and Levi Marks (Jessica) of Burnsville, NC; and his siblings, Randy Marks, John Marks (Cheryl), Sharon Hinrichsen, Joan Hadden and Mary Anderson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
