Segars of Marion; his wife Debbie Tolbert Segars; his children, Scott Segars of Atlanta, Erin Wright (Tracy) of Knoxville, Kelly Coates (Tim) of Damascus and Brad Tolbert (Rachael) of Plymouth, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Xavier Wright, Steele Wright, Dillon Coates and Catelyn Coates; and his siblings, Ron Segars, Beth Robinson and Susan Segars.
