He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Burton Duncan and Vonnie Buchanan Duncan; his son Timothy "Tim" Duncan; and his siblings, Phillip Duncan, Hillard Duncan, Lucille Vaughn and Becky Hedrick.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Willis (Ray) and Traci Silver (Jeff); his grandchildren, Brittany Willis, Amanda Waldroup (Chris), Paige Presnell (Gabe), Kelsey Underwood (Adam), Brianna Duncan and Josh Willis (Katelin); and his siblings, Dorothy Rumfelt, Carolyn Biddix (Tim) and Bill Duncan (Gail).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Gideon's International.
