He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Elliott and Rena Elliott; his brothers, Harold Dean Elliott and James Donald Elliott; and his nephews, Richard Elliott and Jack Elliott.

He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Pritchard-Creedle (Miracle) and Kevin Elliott; his siblings, Jackie Elliott (Wanda), Julia Hensley and Linda Hensley; his grandsons, Christopher Pritchard and Christopher Parks; his nephew David Elliott; and his close friend Ducie Pardur-Watts.
