He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harry R. (Bill), Peggy Padgette Neighbors and Shirley Haynes Rumfelt; and his cousins, Cayden Wayne Rumfelt and Abigail Rumfelt (Abby).
He is survived by: his parents, H. Russell Neighbors, Jr. and Patricia Rumfelt Neighbors (Patty); his brother Russell Neighbors III; his grandfather Wayne B. Rumfelt; his uncle Gary W.; his aunt Angela T. Rumfelt; and also Steve Durham.
