He is survived by: his wife Sue Hollifield Duncan; his sons, Michael Duncan and Chris Duncan (Andreia); his brother Wayne Duncan; and his grandsons, Christopher Tyler Duncan and Noah Andrew Duncan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
