She was predeceased by: her parents, Garrett Wayne and Sarah Jones Condrey; her husband Bobby Thomas; her siblings, Clarence and Kathleen Condrey; and her grandsons, Stephen and Tyler Cook.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Cook (Dennis) and Teresa Waldroup (Johnny); and her grandchildren, Michael Cook (Nichole), Rebekah Dellinger (Link), Lorrie Smith (Jerry), Travis Cook, Stephanie Taylor (Michael), Kimberley Young (Chris) and Jonathan Waldroup. She is also survived by 13 great grand children.
