We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2020, at the age of 99, Maggie Poteat of Marion, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Webb and Josie Pegg Webb; her former husband Woodrow A. Wall; and her husband George P. Poteat. She is survived by: her children, James "Jim" Wall (Judy) of Raleigh and Jean Erwin (Jim) of Asheville. She is also survived by four grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In the family's concern for others, they ask that everyone in attendance please wear a mask.
