She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Cope and Sadie Mole Cope; her husband Caskell Freeman; and her son Caskell Freeman, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Chapman and Natalie Payton; her granddaughters, Heather Chapman and Cassie Payton; her great grandchildren, Mckynna and Nicolas; her siblings, David Cope and Jeannie Cope; her sister-in-law Catherine Tuten; her nieces and nephews, Alan Dempsey (Tracey), Allison Kelley (Mike), Jacob Tuten and Lisa Courtney; her great-nephews, Jordan Heath, Justin Plummer and Robin Plummer; and her son Ayden.
