She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Tyo and Winnie Mae Price Tyo; and her siblings, Clevie Tyo, Howard Tyo, Otis Tyo, Winnie Davis and Martha Franklin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many beloved friends.
