He is survived by: his parents, J. B. Smith and Leona Conner Smith of Nebo; his wife Lisa Smith; his sons, Christopher Smith (Mianna) and Nicholas Smith; his grandchildren, Olivia Henrietta Marie Smith and Kahlan Lashbrook; and his siblings, James Edward Smith (Cindy), David Eugene Smith (Betty), Patricia Owenby (Jimmy), Linda Fowler (Steve) and Charles "Chuck" Smith (Kim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
