She was predeceased by: her parents, Seldon Shelton and Lillian Rhinehart Shelton; and her son Brian Williams. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Noel; her children, Ronnie Williams, Lora Carter (Neil) and Wayne King (Megan); her sisters, Mary Jo Sexton and Peggy Thompson (Waynon); her grandchildren, Heather, Trent, Jessica, Jacob, Jeremiah, Harper, Greyson and Trevor; and her great grandchildren, Mason of Riley, T. J. and Braydon.
