He is survived by: his children, Spencer Pannell (Lesa), Robin Pannell (Carolyn), Victor Pannell (Pam) and Jody Pannell Tate (Paul); and his grandchildren, Brandi Fore (Brandon), Ashley Chambers (Billy), Kayla Pannell, Brittany Pannell, Amber Pannell and Rachel Tate. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
