He was predeceased by: his father Richard T. Crisp; and his son Keith Crisp. He is survived by: his mother Margie Crisp of Marion; his wife Susan A. Crisp; his children, Paul Crisp (Tammy), Jennifer Snyder (Chris) and Kelly Crisp (Jessica); his grandchildren, Alana, Katie, Cameron and Sadie; and his brothers, Glen Crisp, Louis Crisp and Lester Crisp. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
