He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bobby Burns and Mary Holcombe Webb; his stepfather James Webb; his brother Carroll Webb; his stepmother Sandra Burns; his sons, Chris Burns (Kendra) and Cody Burns; his sisters, Belinda Edmonds (Jeremy) and Carol Vanassche (Justin); his nieces, Julie Moody and Jessica Vanassche; and his former wife Terri Burns. He was also cherished by Papaw or Pappy from his precious grandchildren.
