He was predeceased by: his mothers, Shirley Joe Cossey and Mary Ehrhart Cossey; and his sister Patricia Sue Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Cossey; his daughters, Deauna Myers (Trish) of Old Fort and Rhonda Chambers (Doug) of Culpeper, Virginia; his grandchildren, Shawn Myers (Sarah), Sara Myers (Donovan), Steven Myers (Kathryn), Matthew Chambers (Keilah) and Michael Chambers (Kasey); his brother-in-law Laymon Roberts; his nieces, Kasie Hill and Kimberly Greer; and his nephew Michael Stewart.
