He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Mann and Effie Ellison Mann; and his siblings, Cecil Mann and Geneva Mann. He is survived by: his pet Harlee; his wife Faye Buckner Mann; his children, Robert Eugene Mann (Vickie), James Michael Biddix (Sheila), Angela Metcalf (Mark) and Susan Mitchell (Colin); and his sisters, Ilene Bartlett and Brenda Turvin. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
