He is survived by: his children, Travis Sherman and Chelsea Sherman (Lorenzo Kennedy); and his siblings, Carolyn Slagle (Robert), Brenda Bryan, Annette Hayes (Roger) and Jerry Sherman (Vickie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
