With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Stockton (Marion, North Carolina), born in Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on November 20, 2019 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Royston and Lillian Louise Bowers Royston. She is survived by: her husband Ray Stockton; her children, Michael Ray Stockton of Spruce Pine, Randy Stockton of Marion, Keith Stockton (Cara) of Johnson City and Heather Radford (Doolie) of Marion; her siblings, Linda Hardin (Roger) of Elizabethton, Tenn., Barbara Ledford (Martin) of Elizabethton, Tenn. and Jerry Royston of Elizabethton, Tenn.; and her mother-in-law Georgia Lavender. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; numerous children she had babysat; many friends.
