He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Noe and Cecilia Brown Noe; and his siblings, Shirley Hicks, Brenda Wallace, Freddie and Gary Noe.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Noe; his children, Stefanie Noe of Greensboro, NC and Derrick Noe of Newton, NC; his sister Cathy Tolley (Mark) of Whitsett, NC; and his grandsons, Ethan and Elijah Noe of Melbourne, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
