It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Duncan of Marion, North Carolina, born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Buchanan (Bill) of Statesville, NC; her grandchildren, Avery Cooper, Caitlin L. Gibbie (Joe), Sarah Lowery, Emma Buchanan and Rose Buchanan (Chris); and her brother Gary Dennis Frick (Anne) of Charlottesville, VA..
