It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Watts (Marion, North Carolina), born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on November 20, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ernest Brown and Pansy Brown; her husband Kenneth Watts; and her siblings, Grady Brown, Carl Brown, Patricia Brown and Rebecca Reeves.
