She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Collins and Vinnie Hall Collins; and her husband Benjamin R. Elliott, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Rollins Elliott (Cynthia) of Nebo, NC and Gale Isaacs (Jerry) of Morristown, TN; her grandchild Rollins Stanford "J. R."; her children, Teagan, Cate of Knoxville, TN and Rod Isaacs (Robyn); and her grandchildren, Stone and Dylan of Morristown, TN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to their favorite charity in Vera's name.
