He was predeceased by: his parents, William Willis Kinney and Esther Jean Brew Kinney; his son John Kinney; and his siblings, Judith Hillman and Michael Kinney.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary F. Hampton (Mark); his grandsons, Andrew M. Marsh and Nathan W. Marsh; his great grandchild Kaloyan Marsh; and his sister Margaret Jean Gruber.
