She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Guthrie and Irma Fox Guthrie; and her sisters, Joyce Guthrie and Marcia Roberts. She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Gordon (Kevin) of Dallas, Georgia and Tina Taylor (Anthony) of Canton; her grandchildren, Devon Taylor (Kelsey Moore), Danielle Taylor, Lauren Elle (Aaron) and Zach Gordon; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon Taylor, River Taylor and Ransom Taylor.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the West Funeral Home (17 Merrimon Ave, Weaverville, NC 28787). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church (3523 Bend of Ivy Rd, Marshall, NC 28753).
