It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roxie Banks Franklin (Marshall, North Carolina), born in Madison, North Carolina, who passed away on May 12, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Kie Banks and Liz Shelton Banks; and her siblings, Ellen, Carrie, Pauline, Josie, Tommie, Lucky and Delmas.

She is survived by : her great grandchild Ian Alexander Franklin; her husband Jancer Franklin; her children, Rickey (Cathy), Brenda Lowe (Richard) and Karen Harden (Michael); her grandsons, Bradley Lowe (Sonya), Lee, Jonathan Franklin, Christopher and Jesse Wallin (Megan); her great grandchildren, Samantha (Kyle Russell), Waylon Lowe, Gretta Wallin, Triston, Katie, Ally, Kinlee, Kyler and Gracelynn Franklin; her stepgrandchildren, Melissa Bates (Tom), Julie Chrisman (Jeremy) and Josh Harden (Chloe); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Julia, Jase and Lane.

Due to the Pandemic there will be no visitations and a Private Graveside Service will be held at the Cutshall Cemetery.
