She was predeceased by : her parents, Nathan Hathcock and Alice Little Hathcock; her husband Bobby Neal; and her brother John Nathan Hathcock. She is survived by : her children, Keff Simpson (Angela), Kara Simpson Ivey (Mark) and Ethan Simpson; her grandchildren, Stacy Simpson Moss (Tyler), Jessica Brigham, Cassie Poplin Little (Phil), Brett Lambeth, Sammy Simpson, Charli Poplin Moore (John Mark), Zachary Simpson (Hailey) and Will Ivey; and her great grandchildren, Chase Simpson, Kaden Moss, Levi Little, Naomi Little, Tayla Simpson, Leigha Simpson, Lincoln Moore, McKinley Moore, Watson Moore and Lily Simpson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Euto Baptist Church or Hospice of Union County.
