Carrol Louise McIntire Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carrol Louise McIntire (Matthews, North Carolina), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 17, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Duty (Edmonds) and Ernest Lynn Duty; her husband Clifton Neil McIntire; her parents-in-law, Clifton Neil McIntire and Ellen Weiler McIntire; her siblings, Dennis and Lois Brown (Duty); and her brother-in-law Dr. Richard Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Christian (Ellie), Brent, Todd (Susan) and Lisa (Lynn Shaw); and her grandchildren, Taylor, Heath, Patrick, Megan, Sean and Maya.
The cruise was extended after it was refused dockage in Chile and at several other South American ports due to the outbreak of the COVID pandemic.
