He is survived by: his wife Judith Coppock Musgrave; his children, Paul David Musgrave (Barbara Gulling) of Waxhaw, N. C., Doug Stethem (Coleen Seagren) of Indiana, Loree Pittenger (Lance) of Matthews, N. C. and Jennifer Frederick (Warren) of Home, Pennsylvania; his sister Suzanne Musgrave Welsh of Dayton, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Derek, Meghan, Brett, Ellen, Brice, Jacob, Kyle, Haylee and Marysa. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
