It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria J. Roche of Matthews, North Carolina, who passed away on August 4, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maria J. Roche to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Miller and Maria Miller; and her brothers, Thomas Miller and Howard Miller. She is survived by: her husband Terrence; her daughters, Brienne (Roche), Heather (Roche Ries) and Kelly (Roche Gilliam); her sons-in-law, Jeff Ries and Joe Gilliam; her grandchildren, Jordan, Shannon, Luke and Ethan; and her brother Ward Miller.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Luke's Catholic Church (9800 Fairview Rd, Charlotte, NC 28227).
