She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Turner and Annie Mae Stilwell Turner; her husband Herbert; and her siblings, Donald Turner, Bill Turner and Nancy Vinson.
She is survived by: her sons, Joel (Sheila) of Monroe and William (Renee) of Camden, SC; her grandchildren, Kristen Jackson (David), Jonathan Hartis (Kayla) and Lauren Roth; her great grandchildren, Hunter Jackson, Asher Roth, Alice Hartis and Tucker Jackson; and her siblings, Steve Turner (Shirley), Phil Turner (Darlene), Doris Jean Freeman, Joyce "Dot" Wilson and Shirley Allen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lowe-Neddo Funeral Home (4715 Margaret Wallace Rd, Matthews, NC 28105). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
