She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jimmy Kee and Viola Collins; her husband Richard Newell; her children, Kim Jenkins (Robbie) and Ricky Newell (Ann); her grandchildren, Darren Jenkins, Jesse Jenkins, Cody Dexter and Casey Newell; her great grandchild Christian B. Jenkins; her stepbrothers, Edwin, Jimmy and Benny Phillips; and her sisters, Sylvia D. Howie and Jackie Kee.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Union County Hospice.
