It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susie Evelyn Outen of Matthews, North Carolina, born in Hartsville, South Carolina, who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Kimbrell and Girlena Kimbrell; and her son Daniel Edward Kimbrell. She is survived by: her husband Steve Eugene Outen, Sr.; her children, Steven Eugene Outen, Jr. (Crystal) of Marshville, NC and Danielle Elisha Solomon (Stephen "Buhbee") of Matthews, NC; her grandchildren, Skylette Yvonne Solomon of Matthews and Stephen Daniel Solomon, II of Matthews; and her siblings, Joyce, Dianne, Sherri, Butch, Eddie, Mike, Ricky, Jerry and Todd. She is also survived by three sister in-laws and three brother in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews.
