He is survived by: his wife Lottie Locklear; his sons, Belton Lee Locklear, Jr. (Crystal) of Maxton and Shelton Jones, Jr. of Maxton; his sisters, Addie Oxendine (Milton) of Maxton and Connie Hunt (Jimmy) of Laurinburg; and his grandchildren, Xavier Lee Locklear, Charisa Lynn Locklear, Alexie Chavis, Sabrina Chavis, Tommy Locklear, Dylan Jones, Jacoby Jones, Colton Jones and Shakira Jones. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
