C.; his granddaughters, Katie Boermeester and Nicole Zlotnicki; his siblings, Maria Lyczkowski-Shipley (Gib Shipley) of Kennewick, WA and John Lyczkowski; his wife Gladys Middleton Zlotnicki; his children, Kristina "Tina" Boermeester (Martin) of Windham, NH and Michael Steven Zlotnicki (Renee) of Garner, NC; his siblings, Zoriana Lyczkowski of Raleigh, NC, Johnny Lyczkowski (Bonnie) of Cameron, NC and Daria Campbell (Ronnie) of Sanford, NC; and his granddaughters, Caroline and Olivia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
