He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin McMillian and Dovie Locklear; his wife Betty J. McMillian; and his daughter Betty Renee McMillian. He is survived by: his sons, Clarence McMillian, Jr. (Amy) of Conway and Oscar McMillian (Janice) of Red Springs; his siblings, Herbert Jones, Zettie Mae Bryant of Maxton, Maggie Collins of Maxton and Minnie Jones of Pembroke; and his grandchildren, Curtis, Isaiah, Jacob, Jr., Shon, Bianca, Sasha, Jolene, Jeromino and Kerry. He is also survived by thirteen great- grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
