He was predeceased by: his father Curley Bullard; and his friend William Chavis. He is survived by: his spouse Roseanna Locklear Bullard; his mother Christine Bullard; his sisters, Tresanna of Maxton, NC and Shelia Bullard (Jerry) of Maxton, NC; and his close friend Jerry Oxendine. He is also survived by (Daddy); and a host of relatives and friends.
