He was predeceased by: his parents, Evander Dougle Blue and Mary Chavis Blue; and his son Lacoma Lee Locklear. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Blue; his children, Robin Richardson of Lumberton, Renee Dial (Brian) of Pembroke, David Eric Blue (Armida) of Texas and Anthony Locklear (Beth); and his siblings, Rev. Vernell Blue, Neil Blue, Lynell Blue, Lester Ray Blue, Eddie Blue, Michael Blue, Evelyn Scott, Dorothy Blue Lambert, Cathy King, Debbie Emanuel, Betty Strader, Mary Ann Lowery and Diane Brooks. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
