It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Lee Dowsey (Maxton, North Carolina), who passed away on December 29, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Ann Dossie; his children, Alicia Dossie, Kimberly Thompson, James Dossie, Frankie Dossie, Randy Dossie and Sandy Dossie; and his siblings, Randy Lee Dossie, Priscilla Dossie Martin and Monique Graham. He is also survived by grandchildren: 14 and great grandchildren.
