He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy Collins and Katie Lee Clark Collins; and his brothers, Jerry Collins, Brent Collins and Carl Gene Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Sannie Collins; his sons, Brian Collins (Carol) of Maxton and Dr. Paul Collins (Penny) of Maxton; his siblings, James Harold Collins of Maxton, Beatrice Oxendine of Maxton, Deloris McGirt of Maxton and Nancy Hamm of Maxton; his grandchildren, Cierra Nicole Blackhorse, Christian Collins, Zachery Collins, Adam Collins and Noah Collins; his great grandchild Atalie Reese Blackhorse; and his goddaughter Elizabeth Louise Locklear. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
