He is survived by: his parents, Harold E. Maynard, Jr. and Joyce Shook Maynard of Maxton; his children, Johnathan Emory Maynard and Kayla Deeann Maynard of Maxton; his brother Kevin Maynard (Tina) of Laurinburg; his grandson Jace Carter Maynard; and his nieces, Emori Maynard and Peyton Maynard.
