She was predeceased by: her parents, James Neal Heeb and Lois Locklear Heeb; and her siblings, Ray Kellogg and Lisa Kellogg. She is survived by: her children, Kast Quentin Locklear of Red Springs, Amanda Dawn Locklear of Maxton and Leslie Ann Locklear of Rowland; her siblings, Nathaniel Ray Locklear and Rene Jane Heeb Harris of Maxton; her grandchildren, Chasity, Makayla, Isaiah, Aslyinn, Dylen, Emmanuel, Kassidy, Ronnie, Nadie, Kania and Tankum; and her great grandchild Kaden. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
