He was predeceased by: his parents, Adell Locklear and Reedy Belle Bullard Locklear; and his brother Roger Trent Locklear. He is survived by: his son Lynn R. Locklear, Jr.; the mother of his child Jeanette Locklear; his siblings, James "Oscar" Locklear of Maxton, Stanley Scott (Barbara) of Maxton, Carole Locklear of Maxton and Sharon Locklear of Fayetteville; and his nephew Chris Locklear. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
