He is survived by: his children, Michael Locklear of Raeford and Brittany Shae Locklear Strick (Anthony) of St. Louis, MO; his siblings, Ernest Locklear, Vernon Locklear, Marie Feldman, Brenda Jacobs and Gail Wedepohl; his grandchildren, Makayla Locklear, Amiyah Nicole Locklear, Anthony Dillon Strick, Jr. and Issabella Marie Strick; and his great grandchild James Dawson Yarborough.
