He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Locklear of Maxton, Kimberly Locklear of Virginia and Brandon Locklear of Maxton; his siblings, Curley Locklear Jr. (Pamela), Martin Dean Locklear (Sharon) and Melissa Locklear of Maxton; and his grandson Terry Smiling of Maxton. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
