He is survived by: his children, Billy Oxendine of Maxton, Jimmie Oxendine of Pembroke, Joanne Oxendine (Stewart Locklear) of Maxton and Kristina Hunt (Terry Locklear) of Rowland; and his siblings, Blare Locklear, Jerry Locklear, Buddy Locklear, Willie Howard Locklear, Barbara Jean Jones, Ethel Mae Clark and Shirley Rogers. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren, along with many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
