He was predeceased by: his father Spencer Locklear; and his brother James Earl Locklear. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lee Locklear; his wife Betty Locklear; his siblings, Samuel Locklear and Lee Locklear; his children, Conan Locklear and Jade Locklear-Hunt; and his stepchildren, Victoria Hunt, Terrie Locklear, Billy Locklear and Hoza Locklear. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight step grandchildren; along with a host of other friends.
