It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tryon Locklear (Maxton, North Carolina), who passed away on January 20, 2020, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Locklear; his father Willie O. Locklear; his brothers, Willis Locklear and Lavana Locklear; his nephews, Ron Michael Locklear and Kenston Locklear; and his sister-in-law Linda Oxendine.
He is survived by: his mother Doris J. Locklear; his brothers, Ron Locklear (Martha) and Wallace Locklear (Marsha); his siblings' children, Myla Locklear, Liza Locklear, Mesha Oxendine, Jordon Locklear, Cody Locklear and Chantz Avila; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kenan Locklear, Kaiden Locklear, Frankie Brewer and Kristen Locklear; his aunts, Ruby Brooks and Mary Locklear; his grandchildren, Hunter, Marty and Steven Locklear; and his close friend Shana Locklear. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
